Sly Guests: Reports Minutes: From Oct meeting accepted, motion by J. Richard, 2nd T. Gray Finance: Balance ~11K, J. Emerson volunteered to create a spreadsheet to log all expenses for the park to assist G. Kinnunen, members to email amount and type of any expenditure submitted to the town to J Emerson Correspondence: new members, DEM interest in park Scout Projects: No update New Business Commercial Clearing: completed areas around Pond 8 as well as work on blue, green and yellow trails. Still need Public Works to use brush arm to clear Mott Farm Road. Action Item: E. Rizy to contact public works about same and inform them of the plans to correct drainage issue on Bayview with contractor Drainage Problem at Bayview: motion made by J.Emerson, 2nd G Williams to pay CJ Vivieros to fix drainage problem at a cost of ~$900. Lab Testing for Pond 8: Salve to provide test results in December on samples taken. Fall/ Winter Cleanup: Available members to meet on Nov 3 at 9 AM Elections: To be held in January OLD Business Trail Status: most trails in good shape with the exception of wet spots Mott Farm Road: Action Items: E Rizy to measure areas that need the asphalt dumped. When area is known, G. Williams to contact JAM for prices on recycled asphalt and cost to smooth the surface after dumping Planning for Winter Walk: Date: February 25, G.
