Lesinski Finance: Balance ~12K Scout Projects: Evan Melillo gave a very thorough presentation about project to build a bridge on the red trail. Committee approved motion J.Richard, 2nd G. Williams. Suggestions were made about potential need for hand rail at least on one side. Work is expected to be completed by May 28 New Business Equipment Purchase: committee has purchased wood chipper, Bulk is looking for a used garden tractor and cart to haul mulch. Committee agreed to purchase battery powered string trimmer. ACTION ITEM: J. Emerson contact Bulk Lawn and Garden for trimmer at less than $300 RIDEM Great Outdoors: Committee agreed to participate either in a self-guided or assisted mode. ACTION ITEM: E. Rizy to reply to request Storage for Wood Chipper: to be stored in concrete building, may need to obtain planks to gain access for tractor, cart and chipper OLD Business Tree Planting and Clearing at end of Mott Farm Rd: E. Rizy and J. Richard met with Jamie Frietas and he will clear area for $100 hour. Motion to pay for 10 hours of work, J. Richard. 2nd G. Williams ACTION ITEM: J. Richard to contact Jamie Freitas to expedite work. Pond 9 Dam Clearance: nothing new Trail Status: Trees down on orange trail and blue trail, Mott farm road still would be difficult for vehicular traffic, gravel needs to be added ACTION ITEM: E Rizy to contact public works about spending ~2K for gravel on the road out of the current budget G.
