Driscoll to notify us prior to using Park Funds, this could be done by email Correspondence: None Old Business Gates: D&D bid accepted ACTION ITEM: G. Williams to contact D&D Fence to expedite work. Trail Status: Most trails need work, will set up committee work day in near future. B Bryant has done a great job mowing Mott Farm Road and Red trail Budget: Discussion relative to use of remaining budget funds. Motion made to spend up to $999 for trail work tools at Home Depot using Town Card and use funds to have blades sharpened by G Williams; 2nd T.Gray. Motion made to purchase composite decking materials up to $999 to be stored in concrete building for use on bridge construction by Eagle Scouts (or anyone else) by G. Williams 2nd J. Emerson. Motion made for J. Richard to contact Public Works regarding work on Mott Farm Road and spend serial amounts for repairs to improve conditions, addition of gravel or rip rap or bulldozer work by T.Gray, 2nd G. Kinnunen Action Items: G. Williams and J. Emerson to purchase tools and decking and have blades sharpened. J. Richard to contact Public Works about work on Mott Farm Road Signs: Liptak sign moved to new location on Stringham Road. Need to have paint work done to correct directional arrows. ACTION ITEM: J.
