Letter to Tina Dolen for tank farm 1 & 2 accepted, meeting about acquisition requests to be held July 28. Old Business Gates: D&D bid accepted ACTION ITEM: G. Williams to contact D&D Fence to expedite work. Trail Status: Most trails need some work, J. Emerson discussed potential to hire Campground summer workers for trail work and using our budget to pay them. Also the need to enlist support from local high schools for community service activities in the park. ACTION ITEM: J. Emerson has contacted Bill Bryant and he is short-handed but agreed to take a walk through the trails in the next week and a half and see what they can do. J. Emerson to draft letter for service support. Budget: Waiting for 2010-11 funds. Discussion relative to use of budget funds. Items to be funded in 2010-11 New tools and repairs for existing tools Composite lumber to build bridges on red and green trails Stone purchase for DPW to repair road on West side of Pond 1 and repair of Mott farm Road Signs: Liptak sign moved to new location on Stringham Road. Need to have paint work done to correct directional arrows. ACTION ITEM: G. Williams to make sign correction Youth Award for Fishing Fall Trout Stocking ACTION ITEM: J. Richard to implement activities regarding stocking and youth awards Pond Project: Potential for Navy support via D. Sly. ACTION ITEM: E.
