Botleho, L.Bryant Guests: Reports Minutes: accepted as written Finance: Confusion about absolute amount of budget ACTION ITEM: Grace to clarify whether the remaining funds from ’08-09 remain in our budget ~11K along with the $15K appropriated July 1 Correspondence: Thank you letter from Scout Troop for May campout Old Business Pond reclamation project: discussion on possible silt removal using backhoe from Pond 8, need input from P. Botelho and P. Higgins ACTION ITEM: E.Rizy to contact Pat and Phil regarding potential Park Rules: absolute need to get these printed ASAP ACTION ITEM: Ed to contact Staples about the cost of formatting and printed the updated approved rules and regulations Scout Project status: summer activities for Scouts, no new projects Trail Status: Tree down on high ridge of Blue trail. Need for tree removal over picnic table near falls. Red trail needs weed whacking. ACTION ITEM: T. Gray volunteered to weed whack. E. Rizy to contact G. Williams regarding possible tree removal Park Signing: Discussion regarding placement and cost of signs. Agreed to place new sign from Liptak at the top of Smith Road and move hiking and fishing signs to SW corner of Sullivan Road. Parking sign will be placed below or above the Mutt Mitts indicating Parking Lot on Smith Road Budget Process: Continued discussion about need to create an ongoing annual budget listing all recurring expenses.
