Sly Reports Minutes: From Jan meeting accepted, motion by J.Richard, 2nd G.Williams Finance: Balance ~7.7K, group needs accurate information from invoices to be able to determine which budget line items need to be charged. We were unable to determine the total amount paid to CJ Vivieros. Correspondence: none Scout Projects: no update Lab Testing for Pond 8: Pond meets residential standards. Next step is to obtain permit from DEM. Action Item: L.Lesinski to investigate the potential need for a professional engineer to complete application and possible estimates for cost of doing work. Mott Farm Road: no progress to date, no response from Aquidneck Construction. Action Items: G. Williams to contact Aquidneck Construction again to obtain estimates to compete repairs and confirm possible timeline for work. E. Rizy to contact DOT to determine if storm drains are causing drainage problems. 2012-13 budget: preliminary budget reviewed, again work needs to be done using 2011 funds ASAP New Business Need for Winter Cleanup: work done around pond 9 to clear fishing areas. Action Item: G. Kinnunen to provide name to E. Rizy for contact person for community service workers. Second Fishing Pier at Pond 1: brief discussion as potential scout project but committee decided that bridge on red trail a more immediate need. Modifications to Pond 9 for DEM: Action Item: J.Richard to contact DEM to find out exactly what they need OLD Business Trail Status: no update Planning for Winter Walk: Date: February 25, Flyers updated and posters for Town Hall completed: Action Items: committee approved G.
