REPORTS
Minutes from Jamuary Meeting (E. Rizy): approved as written; Motion T. Gray, 2nd G. Kinnunen; approved unanimously.
Finance (G. Kinnunen): Yard Sale and Committee accounts unchanged. Town made an additional payment to Pare Corp. for part of Engineering Study. Final payment awaiting final report, in preparation.

Scout Projects Progress Reports: Stairs needed at start of Yellow Trail. Concrete building chimney piping cover was installed by Scout John Jordan, Troop 77, in preparation for Winter Walk. Troops 1 Portsmouth and 7 Middletown are still looking for more projects
OLD BUSINESS
Melville Park Extension to Tank Farms 1 and 2. Committee discussed and voted unanimously to request a strip of land bordering the north part of Tank Farm 1 to serve as a riparian barrier to the lowest pond.
Pond Reclamation Project: (P. Higgins) Awaiting final report of Task 1.
Park Rules Sub-committee: E. Rizy will insert the revised, approved rules into the brochure for reproduction when a copy of Adobe Acrobat is located to insert revisions.
Special Events: The 2nd annual Winter Walk is scheduled for 21 February 2009, 1-3pm. Next event will be Trail Day, planned for April 25.
NEW BUSINESS
Request by B. Bryant to share ~$9,000 park maintenance account with campground personnel. Discussed was the possible use of these monies for the pond reclamation tasks 2 and 3. Discussion cited no efforts by campground personnel until later in the year. Motion to defer meeting B. Bryant’s request until funding for pond effort clarifies. Motion by P. Higgins, 2nd T. Gray. Passed unanimous.
