Richard Finance: Balance ~9.3K, discussion about listing of line items, questions from P.Kesson about payment of funds presented to Council, all of which should have come out of our current budget. Correspondence: none Scout Projects: E. McHenry needs an additional $400 to complete walkways due to the expanded width. Motion made to provide funds by J.Emerson, 2nd J.Richard New Business Nominations for 2012 Officers: tabled until January Tour of Park by DEM: memorandum submitted by J.Richard, successful meeting which established personal contacts for future projects Drainage Problem at Bayview: Aquidneck construction performing work. Lab Testing for Pond 8: still waiting for information from Salve. Commercial lab to perform analysis for ~$450. Motion made by J.Richard, 2nd J.Emerson to fund this work. Fall/ Winter Cleanup: Work needed to cutback around Pond 1 by DEM recommendation, work to be done on December 17. OLD Business Trail Status: tree down on Orange, others ok but very wet Mott Farm Road: discussion about role of RIDOT and the drainage problems. Action Items: G. Williams to contact Aquidneck Construction for estimates to compete repairs Planning for Winter Walk: Date: February 25, G.
