White Finance: Balance ~6.3K, Discussion about appropriate use of remaining funds to work on spillway and possibly finance scout projects. Correspondence: none Scout Projects: List circulated ACTION ITEM: E. Rizy to contact D. Barrett about timing and potential costs for bridge on red trail Spillway Clearance: excellent progress made on March 24 by committee members and Vivieros ACTION ITEM: E.Rizy to contact Vivieros about need for heavy equipment to continue work Pond 8 Reclamation: L. Lesiniski reports that final actions are in progress for permitting New Business Use of Bridge decking: no use for decking determined Modifications to Pond 9 for DEM: not necessary Trail Map: Updated on Website by T. Gray, discussion as to placement of map and availability of copies at park. Kinko’s should be able to enlarge map and reproduce on waterproof paper to be placed behind plexiglass at entrance to park at yellow trail. Also need rules, emergency, and tick info to go behind plexiglass. ACTION ITEM: J. Kesson to contact Kinkos for enlargement and copies as well as to purchase and affix mailbox for trail map copies at sign OLD Business Trail Status: wet spots on Green Trail, trees down on Orange trail and need chain saw to remove.
